GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ARMYTEK TRANSACTIONS

General terms and conditions of transactions

1. Scope

The following general terms and conditions apply to all orders made via our online shop.

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract

The contract of sale is concluded with Armytek GmbH.

When the products are placed in the online shop, we issue a binding offer for the conclusion of the contract for these goods. You can first add our products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded by clicking on the order button to accept the offer of the goods contained in the shopping cart. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail immediately after sending the order.

A binding contract can also be concluded earlier as follows:

- If you have chosen the PayPal payment method, the contract comes into effect at the time of your confirmation of the payment order sent to PayPal.

The language available for conclusion of the contract is German.

We save the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC by e-mail. You can also view and download the general terms and conditions at any time here on this page. You can view your past orders in our customer login.

3. Terms and conditions of delivery

In addition to the indicated product prices, shipping costs are also added. For details on the amount of shipping costs, please refer to the offers.

We only deliver by mail. A collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible.

4. Payment

The following payment methods are available in our shop.

You pay the invoice amount via the Paypal online provider. You must always be registered there or register first, establish your identity with your access data and confirm the payment order to us (except, if applicable, guest access). Further information can be obtained during the ordering process.

5. Right to property

The goods remain our property until full payment.

6. Transport damage

If goods are delivered with apparent transport damage, please report such errors to the delivery company as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to file a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance company.

7. Warranty and guarantees

The statutory liability for defects shall apply. Information on any additional warranties and their exact terms can be found on the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

RIGHT TO RETURN GOODS

Clarification of the right to return goods

Consumers have a right to return goods within 30 days.

Right to return goods

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, which is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item of goods.

To observe the withdrawal period it is sufficient that you send the notification about exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we have to return you all payments that we have received from you, including the costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than that offered by us, the most favorable standard delivery) immediately and not later than within fourteen days from the day, on which the notification about your withdrawal from this contract with us was received. For this repayment we use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You need to pay for any diminished value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods necessary to deal with them.

INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE BATTERY LAW

Our obligation to inform you under the battery law

Used batteries shall not be included in household waste. You can return used batteries free of charge to our warehouse. As a consumer, you are legally obliged to return used batteries.

Batteries containing harmful substances shall be marked with a symbol consisting of a crossed-out dustbin and the chemical symbol (Cd, Hg or Pb) of the heavy metal which is decisive for its classification as harmful:
